- 500 g Flour
- 140 g Sugar
- 240 g Butter + a little for the mold
- 2 eggs
- 2 pinches Salt
- 500 g blueberries
- 2 cm Ginger
- 2 tbsp. soup brown sugar
Production
- Start this blueberry pie recipe by preparing the dough. Cut the butter into parcels in a bowl. Add sugar and salt and work with your fingers until a granular mixture is obtained. Add the eggs and mix and then incorporate the flour and work by hand until a smooth and homogeneous paste is obtained. Pack the dough in a clean cloth and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
- The filling: peel and finely grate the ginger. Put the blueberries in a bowl. Sprinkle with brown sugar, add ginger, mix and set aside.
- Cut the dough in 2 1/3. Butter a pie tin with high edges. Spread the larger of the two dough pieces on a floured work surface and garnish the mold. Prick the bottom with a fork and pour the blueberries spreading well over the entire surface of the dough.
- Spread the second dough and put it on the blueberries . Squeeze both pasta together, pressing them tightly together.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Bake and cook for 40 minutes. Take the pie out of the oven and let it cool completely before serving directly in the mold.
